We tried something new this week. We recorded our show, as usual, on Saturday, but we recorded it live on YouTube. We figure this is a good way to increase our audience, by giving listeners who might be interested the opportunity to hear us as we record our weekly show and to even interact with us during the taping.

And who knows? Maybe will pick up some new listeners via YouTube!

Of course, this means we end up talking about the wonders of modern technology and how they help us all to feel good ... if we choose to feel good!

Computers can be frustrating for a lot of people, but it's how you react when the computer doesn't behave the way you want it to behave that determines how slowly or how quickly the problem will get resolved.

This week we talk about avoiding getting stuck on repetitive behaviors, like getting frustrated every time the computer doesn't work the way we expect it to work, by learning to look for destructive patterns in our own lives so we can put them aside in favor of new, more positive behaviors.

Joel Elston shares some great news with us this week. He has applied once again to become a foster/adoptive parent! We talk about how this path has profoundly impacted not only his own life but also the lives of the many orphaned, abused, and abandoned young people he has helped over the years.

This week we welcome back David Bennett who shares some of the insights written in his recent book, A Voice as Old as Time: Contemplations for Spiritual Transformation
